Case Details :-
This is a case of BLOOD PRESSURE.
1) The Patient was suffering for 15 years with Hypertension of the order of 170/100 in spite of taking 3 tablets of allopathic medicine per day.
2) She was not getting proper sleep for past 15 years and used sleeping pills frequently.
3) also suffering from Knee pains and headaches frequently
Please note that we have given concentration only to the mental symptoms and not the disease symptoms.
We have taken following symptoms for the repertorization of this case
The remedy selected was
NUX VOMICA 1M
A single dose of the remedy was given on 14th Feb 2002
followed by tapering the allopathic medicine by 50%.
The Blood Pressure was checked on 28 Feb 2002 and found as 146/93 which was quite surprising for the patient as she had never seen such a low BP in her life. Also we observed that she is getting a wonderful sleep which was even impossible for the sleeping pills.
The Allopathic medicine was stopped and we observed the Blood pressure after 10 days and found as 140/89 (that is on 10th march 2002)
The Blood pressure on 30th March 2002 was 135/85
The blood pressure on 14th April 2002 was 125/70
