Consortium terms & conditions for doctors

Bhadra Homeopathic Doctors Consortium - Terms and Conditions for Doctors

By registering on this platform, I agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility and verification
I hold a recognised qualification in Homoeopathy and a valid, current registration with the National Commission for Homoeopathy or a State Board / Council of Homoeopathy. I will upload a true copy of my registration certificate. The consortium administrator may verify my identity, qualification, registration, clinic address, contact details and payment QR code before my profile is listed, and may ask for further documents at any time.

2. Accurate profile
All details I give - name, qualification, registration number, experience, areas of expertise, clinic address, consulting hours, fees and photo - are true. I will keep my consulting hours, fees and leave settings up to date, because patients' tokens and payments depend on them. I will inform the administrator if my registration is suspended, cancelled or not renewed.

3. Professional responsibility
I am an independent practitioner. I alone am responsible for the case taking, diagnosis, advice and prescriptions I give to my patients through this platform. I will practise within the scope of Homoeopathy, follow the code of ethics of my regulating body and the telemedicine guidelines applicable to Homoeopathy, and use my professional judgement on whether a case is suitable for online consultation.

4. Emergencies and referral
I will not treat emergency or life-threatening conditions online. Where a patient's condition needs urgent, surgical, investigative or other specialist care, I will advise the patient to seek it without delay.

5. Fees and payments
Patients pay my consultation fee directly into my own UPI account using the QR code I provide. The consortium does not collect, hold or share in patients' payments. I will check the payment details submitted by each patient and mark them as received or not received promptly. Any refund, dispute or receipt related to my fee is between me and my patient; the consortium may help to resolve complaints.

6. Timely response
I will review new consultation requests, payment confirmations and patient messages regularly, and normally reply within 48 hours on working days. When I am not available, I will switch on the Leave setting with a suitable message.

7. Confidentiality and patient data
Patient information on this platform - personal details, health history, messages, test reports and payments - is confidential. I will use it only for treating that patient, will not share it with anyone else except as required by law, and will not download, copy or export it for any other purpose. I will keep my login password private and log out on shared devices.

8. Conduct
I will communicate with patients respectfully and professionally. I will not use the platform to advertise unrelated products or services, make false or exaggerated claims
