Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions - Bhadra Homeopathic Doctors Consortium

By registering on or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. About this platform
Bhadra Homeopathic Doctors Consortium is a group of homoeopathic practitioners who use this website to offer affordable consultation, in person and online. Each doctor listed is an independent, registered practitioner verified by the consortium administrator. The doctor you choose is responsible for your consultation and treatment advice.

2. Who can register
The family head must be 18 years or older. The family head holds the login for the family, adds family members as patients, and is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered for each of them. A parent or guardian must register children.

3. Your account
Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your login. Your mobile number and email must be verified, and are used for login, verification codes and consultation updates.

4. Consultation
Give true and complete information about the patient's health and present medicines, and describe the condition in detail when you message the doctor. The doctor decides whether a case is suitable for online consultation and may ask you to visit the clinic or see another specialist. Follow the doctor's advice on daily and special doses, and mark doses as taken when asked.

5. Emergencies
Online consultation is not for emergencies. In an emergency, or if symptoms suddenly get worse, go to the nearest hospital immediately. Do not stop any medicine prescribed by another doctor without consulting that doctor.

6. Fees and payments
Each doctor sets their own fees (one-time, one month or three months). You pay the fee directly into the doctor's UPI account using the QR code shown, and then submit the transaction reference and screenshot. The consortium does not collect or hold your payment and does not charge you any platform fee. The doctor verifies the payment before accepting the consultation.

7. Consultation period and renewal
The consultation period starts on the day the doctor verifies your payment. When it ends, you will be asked to renew before continuing. A doctor may decline a consultation request; questions about refunds should first be raised with the doctor, and the consortium will help where it can.

8. Clinic tokens
For in-person consultation, same-day tokens can be booked during the hours shown. The time shown with a token is only an estimate. Tokens are not available when the doctor is on leave.

9. Messages and reports
Use messages only for the patient's health. Upload only genuine medical reports (PDF). Do not send abusive, false or unrelated content.

10. Privacy
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Health information is seen only by your chosen doctor and the consortium administrator.

11. Suspension
The consortium may suspend or close an account that gives false information, misuses the platform, or behaves abusively towards doctors or staff.

12. Limitation of liability
The consortium provides this platform to connect patients with independent doctors and keep consultation records. It is not responsible for the medical advice given by any doctor, or for delays caused by internet, WhatsApp or email services.

13. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always on this page, and continued use means you accept it.

14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Bengaluru shall have jurisdiction.
